About the Role

As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the daily operations of our restaurant, which features two distinct concepts aimed at providing exceptional Korean cuisine to a diverse clientele. Your leadership will be crucial in guiding our Front of House (FOH) team and collaborating closely with the Chef & Owner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Foster a culture of hospitality by motivating and guiding the team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Manage inventory and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Implement effective FOH systems and protocols to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe environment for both staff and guests.
  • Participate in leadership meetings to strategize on financial management, including food and beverage costs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume, concept-driven restaurant environment.
  • Proven track record in launching new restaurant concepts and building effective teams.
  • Strong understanding of Asian and Korean culinary traditions and beverage offerings.
  • Exceptional communication and team management skills.
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools.
