Leave Administrative Specialist

The Leave Specialist role at Xenium HR is a critical part of our team. As a Leave Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the administrative aspects of the leave of absence process for our clients. This includes ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local leave laws, tracking leave cases, and maintaining accurate documentation.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Leave Specialist. The ideal candidate will have experience determining eligibility for leave, administering a high volume of leave cases, and interacting with employees and managers to answer their leave questions.
The salary range for this role is between $55,000 to $60,000 per year, based on skills/knowledge, years of experience, and ensuring pay equity within the organization.
