Job Overview

About the Role

This full-time, non-exempt position offers a competitive salary of approximately $45,000-$55,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Community Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch administrative support to internal and external clients, including partnering with Community Association Managers and Assistant Community Association Managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and respond to customer inquiries regarding work orders, architectural review requests, and association responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of community information for welcome packets
  • Manage complex work orders, including assignment, follow-up, and documentation
  • Process compliance notices and fines as directed by CAM or ACAM
  • Monitor and manage ARC applications, ensuring timely completion and record-keeping
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolving conflicts and addressing homeowner concerns
  • Assist with special projects, research, and coverage tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma (or equivalent); associate's degree preferred
  • 1-4 years of administrative experience, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Conflict resolution skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
