About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at the School of Imagination. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional early intervention services to children and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and assess pediatric patients with communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairment, and/or neurological defects
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality and consistency of care
  • Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers on treatment and home management techniques
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and technologies

Requirements
  • Master's degree in speech-language pathology and current California license in speech and language pathology
  • At least one year of related experience (CFY candidates also considered)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple health professionals in a busy and complex environment
