Job Summary:

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of students and make a meaningful impact on their academic and social development.

Responsibilities:

  • Assessment and Treatment: Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' communication skills, including speech, language, and cognitive abilities. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication challenges and promote optimal participation in school activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success and social development through effective communication and intervention strategies.
  • Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Accurately document therapy sessions and monitor student progress to inform treatment plans and communicate effectively with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge, staying current with best practices in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Education and Licensure: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and California state license or eligibility for licensure.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a school-based setting or with pediatric populations is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
