Position Overview

Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide vital communication support to students in the Dublin, CA area. Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's unique needs and goals.
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy sessions to students, fostering their communication skills and confidence.
  • Monitor student progress closely, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to create a supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student assessments, interventions, and progress.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited university.
  • Current California license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team setting.
