About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to support a DOD SOCOM opportunity at IT Concepts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our emerging technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop quality assurance protocols, testing procedures, and performance standards aligned with DoD regulations and project requirements.
  • Implement policies and procedures to ensure adherence to quality standards, overseeing the execution of quality tests on DoD projects.
  • Monitor processes, deliverables, and reviews against established standards, analyzing quality defects and deviations.
  • Lead the QA team, collaborating with engineering, development, and project management teams to address quality-related issues and implement improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics, test results, and process improvements, presenting findings to DoD leadership or project stakeholders.
Requirements

This position requires a journeyman level, which includes a Bachelor's Degree and 3-10 years of relevant experience. Substitutions for education may include Associate's Degree plus 4 years of work experience or 6 years of work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.
