Retail Merchandising Specialist

This role is essential for maintaining the overall aesthetic of the Outlet, ensuring that displays are visually appealing to enhance the shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creates visually attractive room layouts as directed by visual merchandising leaders and management.
  • Communicates any showroom-related concerns to merchandise management.
  • Handles the movement and assembly of merchandise, including display setups and packaging.
  • Safeguards company assets through effective management of the Outlet floor.
  • Performs maintenance tasks such as patching walls and changing lightbulbs as necessary.
  • Completes additional tasks as assigned.

Knowledge Requirements

  • Basic understanding of equipment used in the Outlet Center.
  • Strong grasp of safety policies and practices.
  • Proficient in the use of small hand tools, hand trucks, and ladders.
  • Ability to operate a two-wheel hand truck, four-wheel dolly, and other equipment safely.

Education & Qualifications

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in retail or merchandising is preferred.
