Job Summary:

The Lead Technologist for Hematology and POCT is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and quality assurance of both Hematology and Point-of-Care Testing services. This role includes technical and administrative duties under the direction of Hematology and POCT supervisor. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical technology and laboratory operations, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of Hematology and POCT services
Ensure compliance with CAP, CLIA, and DOHNJ regulatory standards
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
Conduct testing and maintain laboratory instruments
Review and implement quality control procedures

Requirements:

BA/BS Degree in Medical Technology and/or related science
National certification preferable
