  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely completion and delivery.
  • Work closely with Dray carriers to ensure on-time deliveries and communicate effectively with customers regarding shipment status.
  • Proactively review customer onboarding information for accuracy and ensure clear communication with customers regarding contract terms and accessorial charges.
  • Monitor and trace all shipments, ensuring accurate and timely updates to the system.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure carrier performance meets customer and Transplace expectations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Intermediate personal computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to effectively present information to customers, clients, coworkers, and managers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to interpret instructions.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
