Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team at Tech Marine Business. As a key member of our financial planning and analysis team, you will be responsible for providing financial support to our U.S. Navy program offices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in the collection, preparation, and maintenance of Task Planning Sheets (TPS) to capture program office requirements.
  • Prepare and submit funding documents to cognizant sponsoring organizations for processing and track them through completion.
  • Maintain the TPS Budget Execution Workbook to track current budgets, allocations, and fund execution.
  • Prepare monthly Principal Assistant Program Manager (PAPM) and Task Manager (TM) Execution Status Reports.
  • Identify expiring funds, engage government Program Analysts (PAs), and prepare plans for recoupment and realignment.
  • Track funding document Work Completion Dates (WCD) and develop plans to extend dates or recoup/reissue funds.
  • Research and prepare responses to financial data calls from various organizations.
  • Develop data for presentation at Program Reviews and Financial Reviews.
  • Lead the development of recommended Courses of Action based on analysis of data.
  • Maintain proficiency in MS Office and assist team members in improving their skills.
  • Perform frequent internal and external customer interface, including regularly scheduled and ad hoc meetings.
  • Maintain proficiency in Enterprise Resource Planning Program (ERP) and other BFM information management databases.
  • Support Earned Value Management (EVM) efforts, including Contract Performance Report (CPR) review and analysis.
Qualifications
  • At least 15 years of experience providing financial support to U.S. Navy program offices.
  • Bachelor's degree equivalent U.S. Military service experience.
  • Must be a United States citizen.
  • Must possess an active DOD Secret security clearance.
  • Proficiency using the Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to perform frequent internal and external customer interface.
  • Ability to travel reasonable distances to meet with customers or other company personnel.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
