Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure annual evaluations and alignment of Food Safety Plans with Ferrero's requirements.
  • Assist the facility in implementing, maintaining, and auditing good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
  • Oversee Control Documentation Management within the facility.
  • Monitor and ensure corrective actions for glass, wood, and plastic checks are completed.
  • Manage foreign body control within the facility.
  • Support Root Cause Analysis and the development of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
  • Facilitate improvements through effective management of CAPAs.
  • Collaborate with operators to ensure floor activities comply with Food Safety standards.
  • Assist in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Candidate Profile:

Required Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree or higher in Food Science or a related discipline, with 1-3 years of relevant experience in food safety management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in applying mathematical and statistical analysis for data trending.
  • Familiarity with industry-related documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis and Risk-Based Preventive Controls (HARPC).
  • Experience in food manufacturing environments.
  • PCQI certification.
  • Familiarity with HACCP, SQF, and FSSC 22000 standards.
