Supply Chain Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at MOBIS.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of supply chain operations, ensuring seamless execution and effective communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customer production plans, monitoring changes and irregular orders, and communicating with relevant departments.
- Monitor event parts management, tracking MNAe BSA and customer activities (Hyundai, KaGA), and analyzing data to inform decision-making.
- Load sheet release and truck schedule arrangement, optimizing utilization and expediting shipments as needed.
- Expedite extra truck orders, cancelations, and cost analysis, while maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.
- EDI, SAP order monitoring, system error analysis, and feedback to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Pilot/Prototype/IAA/PER sample schedule control, safety stock optimization, and min-max analysis.
- Obsolescence part control, claim management, and effective communication with customers and teams.
- Incoming parts/containers, stock transfer management, pending ASN, GR error verification, daily and weekly GR verification.
- DMR/RMA report creation, packing slip generation, and maintenance history logging.
- Free of Change samples, return to vendor, in and out samples or parts, and quality issue parts management.
- OS&D process follow-up and reporting, communication with receiving clerks, supervisors, and other teams for problem-solving.
- Cost estimation and manpower calculation for 3rd Party Resources, management outsourcing warehouse inventory, including manpower.
- Analysis and reporting of root causes for warehouse activities, transportation issues, and setup/evaluation of transportation companies.
- PDA cycle counting and verification, labeling inventory stocks for delivery, and monitoring FIFO and high rack inventory accuracy.
KPIs and Reporting:
- Report inventory turnover days and amount on a weekly/monthly basis.
- Analyze and report daily cycle counting/physical inventory results, and evaluate root causes.
- Monitoring ASN, GR, backlog, hot parts, and parts transfer daily.
- Monitoring and verifying daily or weekly GR verification (payment if needed).
- Issue and create DMR, and RMA logs on a daily basis.
- Extra/Expedite/Cancel load frequency review monthly.
- Optimize truckload and utilization per shipment.
- Comply with Customer/Department specific documents.
- Perform special assignments as delegated.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry-specific experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in Just in Sequence production control field in Automotive industry (Production Planning, BOM, Engineering Order change control).
- Working experience with Hyundai / Kia / MOBIS.
- Experienced in automotive assembly/manufacturing.
