As a key member of our culinary operations, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of production employees to prepare and deliver finished food products to the serving areas in an efficient, timely, and proper manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure proper portioning of foods and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Order and receive food and nonfood items, verifying quantities and preparing for tray line.
  • Monitor staff completion of daily records, verify payroll, and manage staff development.
  • Collaborate with Kitchen Manager and Senior Production Manager to achieve production goals.
  • Complete weekly inventory, monitor overages or shortages, and follow daily and weekly production schedules.
  • Assure standardized recipes are followed, and participate in food quality meetings.
  • Verify food safety records, monitor labeling, and practice and enforce all federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Schedule maintenance on all equipment and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish.
  • Minimum of two years of Production experience.
  • Two plus years of direct foodservice operational management experience.
  • Inventory and purchasing knowledge and control.
  • Experience with P&L accountability highly desirable.
  • High volume food production background highly desirable.
  • ServSafe certified.
