Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team at Concord Group Insurance. As a key member of our software development team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the technical direction of our projects and providing expert guidance to a team of skilled software engineers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software applications.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Product Owners, and Design Teams to define technical requirements and outline project deliverables.
  • Establish and implement technical standards to ensure high-quality code and maintain product consistency.
  • Mentor and support team members through code reviews, performance evaluations, and technical guidance.
  • Manage day-to-day activities of the development team within an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, and advocate for the adoption of new technologies that benefit the project.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of the software development process.
  • Coordinate with other team leads and stakeholders to ensure cohesiveness of the overall project.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent work experience required.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft.Net Framework, C# development, and Microsoft Office Suite.
