Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analytical testing on food and environmental samples

  • Enter sample data into Eurofins eLIMS system
  • Verify results and submit to appropriate personnel
  • Identify process difficulties and report to supervisor

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma required
  • AS or BS Degree in Microbiology, Food Sciences, Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field
  • Experience in plating, plate reading, and sample preparation
