Position Summary:
The Strategic Sourcing Associate plays a vital role within Publicis Groupe's centralized talent acquisition operations. This position is integral to our candidate relationship management and sourcing strategy. You will engage in hands-on sourcing across various departments, reporting directly to the Senior Strategic Sourcer. Collaboration with other teams will be essential to pipeline and nurture candidates, enhance processes, identify top talent, and leverage our systems and technology effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize organization-wide resources and collaborate with team members to pinpoint talent shortages and devise sourcing strategies to address these gaps.
- Execute a strategic vision for talent acquisition and sourcing by employing systems and tools (CRM, ATS, external sourcing platforms) in conjunction with recruiting and sourcing teams.
- Adopt a multi-faceted approach to sourcing, emphasizing diversity and inclusion, skill sets, and relevant experience.
- Establish tagging structures to facilitate easy identification and communication with prospective talent.
- Adhere to sourcing best practices and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with hiring teams to source candidates for current job openings.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of Publicis Groupe's talent structures and capabilities to align candidates with suitable roles.
- Manage operational and administrative tasks related to sourcing and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on leveraging technology for efficiency and improvement.
- Familiarity with various recruiting and sourcing systems and tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hiretual).
- Experience with SharePoint.
- Ability to meet organizational needs while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
