Job Title: Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Patient Care Technician. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to patients in a safe and professional environment.

The Patient Care Technician Trainee will be in training to learn how to provide direct patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. You will learn how to perform the hemodialysis treatment according to Satellite and the local center's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities will include taking and monitoring patient vital signs, performing blood tests, documenting appropriate patient information, preparing and monitoring dialysis equipment, and cleaning equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent, and one year of medical experience. Current CPR certification is required, as well as BONENT/NNCC/NNCO certification within 18 months of hire date.

CDPH CHT certification is required for CA locations within 18 months of hire date. Compensation will be based on qualifications, work experience, and skills.
