Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Medcor's occupational health clinic in Rancho Cordova, CA.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional patient care, work collaboratively with medical and operational leadership, and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide superior customer service to Medcor's clients and employees
  • Assessment and treatment of workplace injuries and illnesses according to Medcor's Evidence Based Medicine protocols
  • Build and maintain internal team relationships
  • Support for onsite employee health and wellness efforts
  • Pre-employment and post-offer screenings
  • Documentation of care using state-of-the-art EMR and other tools
  • Physical Assessment Testing (PATs)
  • Case Management
  • Medical charting
  • OSHA record-keeping
Requirements:
  • Valid licensure for the position in which you are applying and current CPR/BLS certification
  • Strong computer and other technology skills, as well as familiarity with EMR software
  • Phlebotomy skills and blood withdrawal certification
  • Ability to work independently and have good time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal / written communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing personality
