About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Psychiatric team at Mass General Brigham. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with complex psychiatric needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and wound care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
  • Conduct patient education and support
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • BSN degree or equivalent experience
  • One year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use electronic medical records
