Job Summary:

This is a 13-week contract position with 36 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in Inpatient dialysis and be able to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients undergoing dialysis treatment
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience in Inpatient dialysis
  • Current RN licensure and certification in dialysis
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced SNF environment
