Job Title: LPN - Overnight Nurses - Home Health

At Twin Lakes Recovery Center, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Monroe, Georgia. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to our clients in a home health setting.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an LPN who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and is committed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As an LPN at Twin Lakes Recovery Center, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct and individualized nursing care to clients under the supervision of a registered professional nurse.
  • Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans and nursing care.
  • Assist in relevant health and psychiatric teaching for clients and families.
  • Communicate effectively with medical staff, receive verbal/written orders, and take care to minimize errors.
  • Prepare, administer, control, and accurately record medications in accordance with policy.
  • Observe, document, and communicate with/reports to the R.N. in charge any clinical, physical, unit or personnel, or other issues which could alter client care.
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nursing Program required.
  • One or more years' nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility preferred.
  • Ability to apply nursing standards and practice within a recovery setting.
  • Valid current practical/vocational nursing license from the state or from a nurse compact state, where applicable.
  • CPR and de-escalation certification required.
