About the RoleThe Associate Director of Nursing will be responsible for overseeing the nursing service objectives and standards of nursing practice, ensuring that our residents receive the best possible care. You will serve as a resource person in both clinical and management settings, acting as a positive clinical role model and effective change agent to drive excellence in nursing care.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to develop and implement nursing service objectives and standards.
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and quality care.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Franciscan Villa's standards.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.
- Registered Nurse in Wisconsin.
- Experience in long-term care is preferred.
Franciscan Villa offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $95k with flexibility based on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, employer contributions for a Health Savings Account, and a 401(k) plan with up to 4% employer contributions.
