Position Overview:
As a vital member of our team, you will act as a key technical advisor to various governmental research entities, overseeing the development and implementation of innovative government-sponsored research and development initiatives in application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) microelectronics. Collaborate with leading scientists and engineers to influence national security investments through the advancement of state-of-the-art technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your technical knowledge to deliver strategic evaluations of emerging technologies in support of senior Department of Defense (DoD) decision-makers.
- Take charge of producing and presenting comprehensive findings and recommendations to a team of peers and clients regarding the feasibility and potential implications of future research initiatives.
- Assist in managing programs and facilitate the transition of program outputs to DoD stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in analog, digital, or mixed-signal integrated circuit design, within industrial or academic settings.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time.
- Eligibility to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in academic research focusing on novel analog, digital, or mixed-signal integrated circuit architectures.
- Familiarity with DoD research and development initiatives.
- Proven track record of authoring technical papers and reports for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in technical project or program management.
- Background in client-facing or consulting roles.
- Doctorate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering.
Security Clearance:
Selected candidates will undergo a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility criteria for access to classified information.

The projected salary range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154,000.00 annually. This estimate reflects the typical salary range for this role and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package.
Work Environment:

If this position is designated as remote or hybrid, you will occasionally work from a Booz Allen or client site facility. If it is listed as onsite, you will collaborate with colleagues and clients in person as required for the specific role.
