Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Microelectronics Engineer to join our team at Booz Allen Hamilton. As a strategic technical consultant, you will play a key role in overseeing the creation and execution of advanced government-funded research and development programs in application-specific integrated circuit (ASIC) microelectronics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic technical assessments of new technologies to support senior DoD decision-makers
  • Collaborate with world-class scientists and engineers to develop cutting-edge technologies
  • Lead the production and presentation of findings and recommendations to colleagues and clients
  • Assist with program management and facilitate the transition of program deliverables to DoD stakeholders
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience with analog, digital, or mixed-signal integrated circuit design
  • Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
  • Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Engineering
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with academic research in novel analog, digital, or mixed-signal integrated circuit topologies
  • Experience with DoD research and development projects
  • Experience with authoring technical papers and reports for technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with technical project or program management
  • Experience in a client-facing or consulting work environment
Clearance and Compensation

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. At Booz Allen, we offer a competitive salary range of $67,700.00 to $154, annualized USD, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
