  • Quality Control and Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure that projects meet our quality standards.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Team Development and Training: Provide training and development opportunities to our team members, helping them to grow and develop in their roles.

Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree in a relevant field, such as horticulture, landscape architecture, or business, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills and Qualities: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and other relevant software, and experience with project management tools and techniques.
