Job Overview
As an Executive Assistant to a State Farm Agent, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of our insurance agency. We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team and assist with various administrative tasks, customer service, and marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist the agent in developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy to promote the agency and attract new customers.
  • Support the agent in identifying and participating in local community events to build relationships and increase brand awareness.
  • Help manage the agency's website and social media content to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping, to maintain a smooth and efficient office environment.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, agents, and other team members.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence.
  • Proficient in various computer applications, including Windows and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are a plus.
  • Property and Casualty license, as well as Life and Health license, are required and must be obtained within a specified timeframe.
