About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a licensed therapist to work with adults, children, and adolescents in a dynamic and growing organization. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and develop your skills in evidence-based treatments.
What We Offer- Flexible work schedules and a hybrid model that combines telemedicine and in-person sessions.
- A competitive compensation package, including top pay rates that can exceed $126,000 - $144,000 per year, with no cap.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, life, 401(k) with match, paid parental leave, holidays, EAP, and more.
- A collegial work environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.
- Fully licensed and credentialed in Oregon (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred. May consider associate licensed clinicians as well.
- Experience working with adults, children, and adolescents, or across the lifespan.
- Ability to provide clinical supervision is a plus.
