Job Description:

We're seeking a Logistics Operations Specialist to join our Operations Team. As an integral member, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service while working closely with Restaurant Managers and other Team Members to maintain operational standards and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean driving record and prioritize safety for yourself and our customers.
  • Exhibit a friendly demeanor, greet guests with a smile, receive orders, process payments, and respond to customer issues in a positive manner.
  • Develop a keen sense of cleanliness and adhere to Health and Safety standards in work areas, including your vehicle.
  • Perform duties at multiple workstations and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ensure prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts and dress according to uniform and grooming standards.
  • Complete delegated cleaning assignments efficiently and operate cash register or point of sale devices as needed.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals and learn valuable skills.

  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

  • Flexibility in work availability and a results-oriented approach.
  • Previous customer service experience is advantageous.
