Job Title: Director of Sales and Business Development

TPI is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Sales and Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and prospecting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
  • Present and demonstrate company products and services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategy.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM system.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  • Attend trade shows, networking events, and other industry-related events to expand network.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales or business development role in casino industry and/or printing industry, with direct mail experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Results-driven with proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • 2-year degree in related field preferred.
  • 5 years related experience.
