About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Job Responsibilities
  • Build meaningful relationships with our residents and their families, providing individualized care and support.
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Notify management of any changes in condition or concerns regarding resident care.
  • Participate in the development of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs) and monthly updates.
Requirements
  • Dedication to serving seniors with excellent customer service skills.
  • Positive attitude, flexibility, and ability to work in a team environment.
  • High School diploma/GED accepted; certifications may be required per state regulations.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on location and experience. In addition to base compensation, Sunrise offers a range of benefits, including:
