Job Description

As a Lead Education Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and implementing daily and long-range lesson plans, supervising and managing the classroom, and maintaining a safe environment at all times. You will also be expected to conduct parent conferences, prepare progress reports, and write school reports for children transferring to other schools.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field, with at least two years of experience in Early Childhood education and significant experience working as an Assistant Teacher. The candidate should also be able to relate well to children and employees, have excellent communication skills, and be willing to fulfill responsibilities in accordance with the school's educational philosophy.

Responsibilities
  • Lesson Planning: Develop and implement daily and long-range lesson plans that meet the needs of students.
  • Classroom Management: Supervise and manage the classroom, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
  • Parent Communication: Conduct regular parent conferences to keep families informed about their child's progress.
  • Reporting: Prepare progress reports and school reports for children transferring to other schools.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience in Early Childhood education, with significant experience working as an Assistant Teacher.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and willingness to learn and grow professionally.
