The Supplier Center of Excellence (SCOE) team plays a vital role in our supply chain, emphasizing supply flexibility, product excellence, and supplier performance oversight. In the role of Supply Chain Manager, you will collaborate with suppliers, implement sourcing strategies, manage tail spend, and guide cross-functional teams to meet our objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Address operational needs concerning inventory readiness, component changes, reporting, and performance metrics
  • Work alongside sourcing teams to implement sourcing strategies effectively
  • Oversee bidding processes to secure quotes from suppliers
  • Optimize tail spend and introduce process enhancements
  • Lead the creation of programs and operational processes
  • Facilitate alignment meetings across departments
  • Implement supplier data integration initiatives
  • Support procure-to-pay (P2P) system functions and programs
  • Provide operational support in collaboration with suppliers
  • Act as a strategic consultant to help meet organizational goals

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain management, strategic sourcing, or procurement
  • Capability to assess suppliers and drive enhancements
  • Strong customer focus and proactive approach
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication abilities
  • Experience in utilizing data and metrics to achieve results
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Windows and Excel
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% may be necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management
  • Experience in program or project management
  • Familiarity with IT equipment, suppliers, and supply chain dynamics
  • Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships to enhance customer value
