Job Overview

Aramark Uniform Services is seeking a skilled Sales Service Representative II to join our team. This role offers a competitive salary range of $45,000 to $55,000 per year, with opportunities for sales commissions based on performance.

About the Job

In this role, you will be responsible for meeting sales goals for overall route growth, safely operating a company van, and providing excellent customer service. You will work independently to manage daily routes, verify vehicle maintenance, and develop leads to generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet sales goals for overall route growth to enhance profitability.
  • Prospect, cold call, set appointments, and meet sales quota.
  • Procure additional new business through lead development and prospecting.
  • Safely operate a company van in designated areas to provide products and services to clients.
  • Manage daily routes independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product.
  • Review invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed.
  • Develop leads, call on prospective customers, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts.
  • Understand services, policies, and pricing methods and clearly explain them to customers.
  • Monitor customer feedback and handle customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned within the scope of the job.

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 21 years old, have a valid driver's license, and an excellent driving record.
  • Sales and customer service experience with consistent customer contact.
  • Strong math and basic computer skills.
  • Demonstrated experience selling services/products and generating new business is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to identify/solve customer concerns.
