Job Summary

The Human Resources Business Partner is a key member of the Creative Culinary Management team, responsible for overseeing employee relations programs, policies, and procedures. This role requires a strong leader with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage employee relations issues, facilitate conflict resolution, and promote a positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage employee relations issues, including counseling and investigating employee complaints and grievances
  • Develop and implement performance improvement plans for employees
  • Support management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and recommendations on personnel issues
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction
  • Design and deliver training programs on employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace behavior
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in the hospitality field
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources management experience related to employee relations and compliance
  • In-depth knowledge of city, state, and federal labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
  • Strong leadership, high EQ, and relationship building skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills, including verbal, written, presentation, and listening skills
What We Offer

Creative Culinary Management is an equal opportunity employer offering a competitive salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
