Reconstruction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage reconstruction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and customer service, to deliver exceptional results.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Conduct site visits, assess damage, and develop project plans to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring adherence to budget and financial targets.
  • Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project completion.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in construction or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
  • Proficiency in project management software, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on customer satisfaction and quality.
