Key responsibilities include reading daily schedules, identifying correct cuts for respective styles, and communicating with poly mill managers or floor managers as needed. The Assembly Technician must also maintain a clean and organized work station, assist others when necessary, and perform any other duties assigned. Safety responsibilities include reporting work-related injuries or illnesses, keeping the work area neat and free of hazards, and wearing required personal protective equipment at all times. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
