Registered Nurse Staffing Pool

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our CarePartners Staffing Pool team. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our medical providers and care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Responsibilities- Assess patient conditions during admission and each scheduled shift, identifying and reporting any changes in patient status.
- Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers and document care administration in the patient's medical record.
- Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient response, and take appropriate action in the event of an unintended response.
- Provide exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests, anticipating patient needs, and resolving them.
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.
- Required Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a BSN within 5 years of hire date.
- Preferred Education: Master's in nursing.
- Required License/Certifications: Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing and BLS Health Care Provider certification.
- Preferred License/Certifications: National Certification in area of specialty.
- Required Experience: Two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an Acute Care environment.
