Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our ICU Float Pool team. As a member of our team, you'll provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to our hospital's mission to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
- One year of hospital nursing experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Preferred: National Certification in area of specialty
