Responsibilities- Provide leadership and facilitate the delivery of professional nursing care for the comfort and well-being of patients.
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and teaching.
- Implement medically prescribed interventions and delegate tasks to ensure efficient care delivery.
- Current licensure as a registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing or enrollment in a BSN or advanced degree program with a commitment to obtain a BSN within 5 years.
- One year of hospital nursing experience.
