Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Validation Engineer to join our team. As a Validation Engineer at PSC Biotech, you will play a critical role in driving project success, supporting validation planning, development, documentation, and execution, and ensuring regulatory standards and quality requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute commissioning, qualification, and validation strategies and protocols in the life sciences/pharma/biotech industries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance and quality requirements are met.
  • Conduct risk-based validation approaches, quality management, and regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Travel as needed for project assignments and client engagements.
Requirements
  • Strong technical background in validation, commissioning, and qualification.
  • Proven experience in the life sciences/pharma/biotech industries.
  • Advanced knowledge of risk-based validation approaches, quality management, and regulatory requirements and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Continuous learning and growth mindset.
