Job Title: Brand Commercialization Manager

This role is designed to drive commercial growth and activation of brands within the Mark Anthony portfolio. Based in our Chicago office, the Brand Commercialization Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing commercial activities, and driving innovation implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and activate local category and brand growth plans
  • Build commercial activity plans and activation calendars
  • Manage innovation implementation and volume planning
  • Develop SKU assortment review and pricing strategies
  • Manage budgets, performance reporting, agency roster management, and adaptation of local assets
Key Metrics & Financial Targets:
  • Return on Investment (ROI) on brand plans
  • Brand growth and health
  • Volume and sales
  • Innovation metrics (portfolio management, volume projection, and SKU optimization)
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-6 years of progressive marketing experience in Alc/Bev or CPG
  • Experience working on fast-moving, explosive-growth brands
  • Proven ability to think creatively, coupled with strong analytical and project management skills
