About the Role

This position supports our busy Tasting Room operations by assisting with support functions, including greeting guests, checking in for reservations, and assisting Hospitality Sales Associates with the setup and breakdown of Tasting Experiences. You will be required to work weekends and holidays. If you're passionate about wine and interested in getting into hospitality, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate an iPad/Computer for reservations
  • Be professional on all levels while clocked in or on company premises
  • Arrive with a positive attitude and outlook on the day
  • Speak clearly and in a consistently friendly tone to guests
  • Operate a commercial dishwasher to clean and sanitize glassware and dishes
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
  • Maintain proper table alignment and setup
  • Clean all dishes in a timely and organized manner
  • Restock glassware in all areas
  • Inspect glassware and dishware for smudges, chips, or stains
  • Follow proper closing procedures to keep cleaned and organized
  • Be punctual and maintain good attendance
  • Familiar with and abide by all Treasury Wine Estates policies, procedures, and systems
About You

To be successful in this role, you must be 18 years or older to apply. Applicants under the age of 21 (18-20) will not be allowed to open, serve, or otherwise handle open wine bottles. You must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, lift 40 pounds, and climb stairs and use ramps. This position requires working weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), some holidays, and evenings.

Pay Transparency Disclosure: The base pay range offered for this position is $18 to $25 plus monthly bonus. These figures represent what we reasonably expect to pay for this position, but the actual compensation offered will depend upon numerous job-related factors, including but not limited to candidate qualifications, skills, experience, education, location, and alignment with market data. Our expectation is that the incumbent will work out of St. Helena, CA. If the incumbent works out of another location, the wage rate may fall above or below this range. Treasury Wine Estates reserves the right to modify the range in the future.
