About the Role

This position supports our busy Tasting Room operations by assisting with support functions that include greeting guests and checking in for reservations; assisting Hospitality Sales Associates with the setup and breakdown of Tasting Experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate an iPad/Computer for reservations
  • Provide professional service on all levels while clocked in or on company premises
  • Arrive at work with a positive attitude and outlook on the day
  • Communicate clearly and in a consistently friendly tone to guests
  • Operate a commercial dishwasher to clean and sanitize glassware and dishes
  • Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly
  • Maintain proper table alignment and setup
  • Clean all dishes in a timely and organized manner
  • Restock glassware in all areas
  • Inspect glassware and dishware for smudges, chips, or stains
  • Follow proper closing procedures to keep cleaned and organized
  • Punctual and maintain good attendance
  • Familiar with and abide by all Treasury's policies, procedures, and systems
  • Perform other duties as required to support the team
About You
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time
  • Must be able to lift 40+ pounds and climb stairs and use ramps
  • This position requires working weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), some holidays, and evenings
