Job Summary

The Product Modeling Automation Specialist will be responsible for automating pre-production processes using Esko Automation Engine. This role requires expertise in designing, developing, and implementing automation workflows, as well as integrating systems and ensuring efficient operation of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop automation workflows using Esko Automation Engine to improve operational efficiency
  • Configure and customize Esko Automation Engine to meet business requirements
  • Create and maintain scripts, tools, and processes to automate repetitive tasks and enhance productivity
  • Integrate Esko Automation Engine with other software systems and tools within the packaging and printing ecosystem
  • Develop and manage APIs, connectors, and data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability
  • Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows to ensure accuracy and reliability

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience working with ESKO Automation Software
  • Experience in the packaging and printing industry is a significant advantage
  • Demonstrated proficiency in programming languages relevant to Esko Automation Engine (e.g., Python, JavaScript, VBScript)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with version control systems and software development methodologies
