Job Description:

As a Program Architect with Jobot, you will be part of a larger framework - Design Manufacture Construct (DMC) - that guides building design so that construction can leverage manufacturing productivity. This role involves working with project teams in a dynamic, rapid-growth work environment with bright and talented engineers, architects, designers, builders, crafters, and manufacturers to improve and deploy a prototype building program and to build an alternative to the traditional construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project schedules and manage project launch and planning in collaboration with teams across the organization.
• Manage multiple projects with different team structures, including self-perform, trade partners, and general contractor partners.
• Manage client relations, correspondence, periodic reports, change orders and response to client & customer inquiries.
• Develop assistant project management personnel through mentoring and on-the-job training.
• Ensure project is closed out promptly and efficiently.
• Daily communication and coordination with Design, Manufacturing, and Construction teams.
• Coordination with internal departments including shipping, logistics, and self-perform.
• Project financials and change management.
• Responsible for communication and coordination with client project management.
• Collaborate with jobsite team for planning site logistics for permanent jobsite installations and module delivery and setting.
• Collaborate with jobsite team for efficient management of site facilities and general conditions cost.
• Responsible for documenting and communicating lessons learned into continuous improvement processes.
• Manage relationships with customers, internal team, subcontractors, and local authorities.

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Ability to generate, maintain, and iterate project schedules.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing and construction documents and properly communicate missing information or discrepancies.
• General knowledge of construction means and methods across all trades.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements for current and future projects.
