Healthcare Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Superintendent to lead our modular healthcare construction projects. The successful candidate will oversee the sitework and facility construction to create hospitals, medical clinics, and other healthcare facilities. This is a hands-on role that requires full ownership of the project from sitework through Certificate of Occupancy and State Health Approvals.
Key Responsibilities
Take full ownership of safety on the project site, including customer compliance requirements.
Coordinate daily work plans with self-perform teams, trade partners, and customer contractors.
Ensure project schedule milestones are being met.
Ensure project quality requirements are being met.
Ensure project is closed out promptly and efficiently.
Requirements
5-10+ years of experience in managing construction projects.
30 Hour OSHA certification or above.
Experience in healthcare interior and ground-up construction projects.
Previous experience with ICRA training and construction preferred.
