Job Title: Optician Assistant

At EssilorLuxottica, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. As an Optician Assistant, you'll play a vital role in bringing people better sight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by performing key steps of our selling model.
  • Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that meet their vision, lifestyle, and budgetary needs.
  • Anticipate problems and develop long-term solutions.
  • Operate the Point of Sale terminal with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a safe working environment and ensure visual displays are in accordance with company planograms.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Part of a sanctioned Apprentice Program.
  • Strong customer service skills, including communication, listening, and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with POS, computers, and calculators.
