We are seeking a skilled Program Director to join our Sales Department, where you will play a critical role in closing coaching sales and making a lasting impact on our clients' lives.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct enrollment interviews to close coaching sales
- Work with prequalified leads to understand their needs and goals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals
Requirements
- Prior coaching sales experience
- Proven ability to close high-price-point sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to handle objections and rejection
