Job Summary:

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) plays a vital role in providing patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). As a CNA, you will assist patients with daily living activities and other healthcare needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide basic care and support to patients, including feeding, toileting, and transferring
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the RN or LPN
  • Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by the RN or LPN
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an approved nursing assistant course
  • Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Ability to lift and move patients as needed
